My name is Jennifer Robinson and I am the humble homemaker. I was born a small-town gal from Hartville, but now live in Cleveland, Ohio with my wonderful husband, Jesse and my children, Joanna and Jesse III.  I am also a step mom to a smart and talented young man, Gavin. I created the humble homemaker blog because home is and always has been my passion. I profess to be a homemade chef from the culinary institute of my mother, I enjoy cleaning and organizing more than the average person should and living out my calling as a Godly wife and mother is my highest priority!

The purpose for this blog is to encourage and build up other wives and mothers to live out their calling as fitting unto the Lord. I will not attempt to paint a perfect picture of the daily life as a stay at home mom, but will hopefully challenge you to find worth in the day to day routine of being a homemaker. I want to inspire you to utilize the gifts and creativity God has ordained in you for His glory in your home- to help serve your husband in his ministry and admonish your children in the Lord. Being a homemaker is truly a humble position, but I believe with all my heart that I am where God wants me. My prayer is this blog will encourage and speak into your lives as we look up and set our eyes on Christ in our homes! God Bless!

“Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things.” -Colossians 3:1 &2
